Abu Dhabi Depository (AD CSD) provides securities depository and post-trade services that support the efficient operation of Abu Dhabi’s capital market. As part of the ADX Group, AD CSD serves Members, Investors and Issuers through infrastructure that supports the safekeeping, registration, transfer and management of securities.
Our services address key activities throughout the securities lifecycle. Investors can access services related to ownership records and securities transfers. Issuers can use shareholder management services to maintain registers, organise general assembly meetings and distribute cash dividends. AD CSD also supports authorised Members through depository operations and securities financing services, including securities lending and borrowing.
