Abu Dhabi Depository LLC was established on December 20th of the year 2023 and was registered as a limited liability company in Abu Dhabi, and it is wholly owned by Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). Abu Dhabi Depository LLC provides all post trading activities as stipulated in Capital Market Authority regulation. This covers activities such as onboarding investors, securities safekeeping, trade settlement, corporate actions, and various other operations supporting the exchange.
Our Regulator - Capital Market Authority
Abu Dhabi Depository LLC (AD CSD) operates under the regulatory oversight of the Capital Market Authority, the federal regulator of capital markets in the United Arab Emirates. The Authority was established under Federal Law No. (4) of 2000 concerning the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and Market.
